- Lighting + mirror + exhaust fan: $700

Where to splurge
Spend on the faucet, the toilet, and the exhaust fan. A Delta or Kohler cartridge lasts 20 years. A quiet 110 CFM fan protects everything you just installed from moisture damage. Everything else you can safely value-engineer.
