- Any home improvement project: decks, patios, kitchens, bathrooms, painting, roofing, flooring, fencing, landscaping and more.
- How does the cost range work?
- The AI reads your description and returns a low-to-high planning range that reflects typical published US material and labor pricing, adjusted for size and finish level. It is a range on purpose — a single precise number would be misleading.
- Why is this labelled Beta?
- It is powered by a large language model, so it can misread a description, miss a code requirement or produce an outdated price. Every result lists its assumptions and what you should confirm locally.
- Can I trust the numbers for a real quote?
- No. Use it as a planning budget, verify quantities with your supplier, and get at least three written contractor quotes before signing anything.
- What happens to my data?
- We don't store your project descriptions. Estimates are generated in real time and saved only if you choose to download or share them.
